What if my mum isn't very techy?
She only needs an email address. The link opens in a browser. No app to download, no password to remember. She can use her phone, tablet, or laptop.
How long does she have to finish?
There's no deadline. She answers when she's ready, in any order, at her own pace.
Can I see what she's written as she goes?
Only if she chooses to share. By default her answers are private until the keepsake is finished.
What if she skips questions?
Every question is skippable. The letter is drawn from what she did answer, not what she didn't.
Who writes the opening letter?
It is composed from your mum's own answers, using AI, in her words and her order, then checked by a person before it reaches you. The stories are entirely hers.
Can I print it?
Yes. The PDF is designed to print at home or at a print shop. A softcover print option is coming later.
